Creamy Chicken Tortellini Soup

1 9oz. pkg. cheese tortellini
1 14 1/2oz. can fat-free, reduced sodium chicken broth
2 10 3/4oz. cans reduced-fat, reduced- sodium cream of chicken soup
1 10oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
...(squeezed dry before adding to soup)
1 1/4 c. cooked diced chicken breast
Creamy Chicken Spinach Tortellini Soup

2 c. fat-free milk
1/2 tsp. dry thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook tortellini in a Dutch oven with the chicken broth,
instead of water...according to package directions.
Add soup and remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat to medium, and cook until thoroughly heated.
Makes 6 servings.
