LowFat - Baked Fish
1/3 cup finely crushed cheese crackers
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 pound fish fillets
1/2 cup low fat Catalina salad dressing
Preheat oven to 400. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
Mix the crackers and parsley together and set aside.
Brush both sides of the fish with the salad dressing.
Coat one side of the fish with cracker mixture.
Place the fish, cracker side up, on baking sheet.
Bake, uncovered, for 10 - 15 minutes, until fish flakes with a fork.
