This may be used for a meal or for dessert with a little
fresh fruit and light whip cream or some low cal jam,
this is a low/no fat recipe, enjoy.
LowFat - Baked Pancake Squares
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 tablespoon granulated white sugar
1 cup flour
2 level teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly grease an 8x8x2 inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together milk, butter
and egg substitute.
Add sugar, then gradually beat flour in.
Carefully stir in baking powder and salt.
Pour into baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Cut into 16 square servings.
