    LowFat - Herbed Tomato Slices

    3 medium tomatoes
    2/3 cup fresh baked bread crumbs
    1 tablespoon fat free butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 teaspoon dried basil

    Slice tomatoes and place in ashallow baking dish.
    Mix bread crumbs, butter and basil together.
    Sprinkle over the tomato slices.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes or
    until the crumbs are brown.
    Makes 6 servings.
