LowFat - Lower Fat /Cholesterol Spreadable Butter

Spreadable Butter
1 cup light Olive oil
1 cup room temperature butter, (2 sticks)
1/4 cup powdered milk
1/4 cup water
Dilute the milk with water.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix on medium mixer
speed until blended well. Pour into a container with a tight
fitting lid.
Keep in the refrigerator until ready to use.
This is easier to spread. It gets very soft if left out too long, but
will set up again once refrigerated. Use in anything that calls for
butter or margarine. Has 1/2 the salt and cholesterol of butter,
and none of the trans fat contained in margarine.
