No Fat Banana Bread
6 ripe bananas
1 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x 5 loaf pan.
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Set aside.
Mash the bananas, sugar and vanilla together.
Mix the liquid with the dry and pour into loaf pan.
Bake for one hour or until tester comes out clean.
