Oven Fried Chicken
6, 5ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning
Combine Creole Seasoning and corn flake crumbs.
Brush chicken with buttermilk.
Roll chicken in crumb mixture.
Place chicken in baking dish.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
Makes 6 servings.
