Benihana Salad Dressing
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. peanut oil
2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. chopped ginger root
1 tbsp. chopped celery
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 dash salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender/food processor.
Blend until almost smooth.
