Orange Pepper Steaks
4 4oz. beef tenderloin steaks, 1" thick
1/2 c. sugar free orange marmalade
4 tsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Combine the marmalade, vinegar and ginger.
Place the steaks on the rack in the broiler pan and brush the top of the steaks with half of the marmalade mixture.
Broil 3" from the heat for 5 - 7 minutes.
Turn and brush with the remaining marmalade mixture.
Broil for 5 - 8 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
