    1 c. Scottish ale

    2 tsp. packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp. MSG, optional

    Recipe




    Place your favorite cut of steak in a shallow pan. Pour the ale on and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Remove meat from ale and rub mix on both sides. Let meat marinade with dry ingredients for at least 1/2 hour.
