Lime + Lemon Pepper Marinade
...for Haddock or Chicken

1/2 cup Newman's Own Light Lime Vinaigrette
1 Tbsp. McCormick Grill Mates Lemon Pepper with Herbs
2 or 3 shakes of Old Bay seafood Seasoning (optional)
1 pound haddock or chicken, (or other mild, white fish)

Mix the first 3 ingredients and add the fish or chicken.
Marinate 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Grill fish in a wire basket over high heat until it
flakes or chicken until juices run clear.
