Recipe Introduction
Seasoned wine adds flavor to your vegetables and poultry.
List of Ingredients
1/3 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil or vegetable oil
1/4 c. white wine Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dried tarragon or thyme
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepperRecipe
Combine all ingredients.
Pour marinade over poultry and/or vegetables and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
Makes about 1 c., enough for 1 - 2 lbs of poultry or vegetables.
