    Asian Meatballs

    1 pound ground beef (lean)
    1 egg , slightly beaten
    1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
    1/3 cup grated carott
    1/3 cup grated onion
    1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Form into 1
    inch round balls. Bake on lightly greased foil lined
    baking tray in 400 degree F oven for about 15 minutes
    or until rapid display thermometer inserted into the
    center of ceveral mealballs reads 190 degrees.
    Serve with peanut sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
