My meatball recipe, with a sauce recipe from
something else I found on the net.
This is yummy!!


Barbequed Meatballs #1, w/applesauce*

for meatballs:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 small chopped onion
3/4 cup fine bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
3/4 cup beef broth

for sauce:
1 cup ketchup
1 cup plain applesauce
1/4 cup water
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground poultry seasoning
1 small chopped onion

Mix meatball ingredients together and roll into balls.
Brown in frying pan.
Mix sauce ingredients together. Pour over meatballs.
Cover and simmer about 20 - 25 minutes. Add a little
water if sauce gets too thick for your liking.
Makes 6 servings.
