Italian Meatballs
1 pound ground beef (lean)
1 egg , slightly beaten
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated carott
1/3 cup grated onion
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons pizza sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Roll into 1 inch
round balls. Bake on lightly greased foil lined baking
tray at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes or until rapid
display thermometer inserted into the center of meatballs
reads 190 degrees F .
Serve with extra pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce.Recipe
