    Meatballs, coated

    1 ground beef
    1/4 cup chopped sweet pickles, or sweet relish
    1/4 cup freshly minced onions
    1 packet Shake-n-Bake coating mix, orginal

    Combine beef, pickles, and onions and thoroughly mix together.
    Roll into 1 inch balls. Coat meatballs with the shake mix. Place
    on baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes at 400 degrees F.
