Mexican Meatballs

Mexican Meatballs
1 pound ground beef (lean)
1 egg , slightly beaten
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated carott
1/3 cup grated onion
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 garlic cloves minced
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Roll into
1 inch round balls. Place foil on a baking sheet,
then lightly grease it. Bake meatballs at 400 degrees
F. for about 15 minutes or until rapid display
thermometer inserted into the center of ceveral
mealballs reads 190 degrees F.
