    Pizza Meatballs

    2 pounds ground beef
    2 cups Italian bread crumbs
    1 cup milk
    1 cup diced onion
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1, 8 ounce Mozzarella cheese ball/block, cut into 48 cubes
    1/3 cup flour
    1/4 cup Olive oil
    1, 28 ounce can roasted onion + garlic spaghetti sauce
    1, 28 ounce can 4 cheese spaghetti sauce

    In bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion,
    oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper until mixed. Shape
    into 48 small meatballs. Push a Mozzarella cube into the
    center of each meatball, completely covering the cheese
    with meat. Roll lightly in flour. In a large skillet, cook the
    meatballs in the oil until browned, drain on paper towels.
    Add spaghetti sauce and simmer for 25 - 30 minutes, or
    until the meatballs are no longer pink.
    Serve over pasta or rice, in buns or as an appetizer.
