very similar to the recipe my mother use to make
Porcupine Meat Balls #8, -
1 pound ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small chopped onion
1/2 c. cold water
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. steak sauce
1 c. hot water
1 c. tomato sauce
Combine the beef, rice, salt, onion, cold water, worcestershire
sauce and steak sauce thoroughly. Divide into uniform balls
and place in a covered baking dish.
Mix the hot water and tomato sauce and pour over the meat balls.
Cover and bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 4 .
