List of Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
1/2 cup + 1/2 cup water, divided
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon extra virgin Olive oil
1, 16 ounce can tomato sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup water Recipe
Mix the ground beef, rice, 1/2 of water, onion, salt, garlic
powder, seasoned salt, and pepper.
Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls.
Heat oil in a heavy frying pan.
Cook over medium heat until brown.
Drain off excess grease.
Add tomato sauce, other 1/2 water, and Worcestershire sauce.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer for 35 - 45 minutes.
