List of Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup raw rice
1/4 cup finely chopped onion or 1 tablespoon minced dry
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1, 10 3/4 ounce can tomato soup
1 1/4 cups tomato sauce
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Need a deep baking dish.
Combine meat, rice, onion and salt together and mix well.
Roll into golf ball size balls and lay in the baking dish.
Combine soup, tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce and pour over the meatballs.
Cover and bake for one hour.
Makes 5 - 6 servings.
