Swedish Ham Meatballs
Mix and form into balls of loaves:
1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1 pound ground ham
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Mix and heat, pour over meatballs:
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour.
Uncover, turn meatballs and bake approximately
1 hour longer.
Serves 8-10.
Makes 30-35 meatballs depending of size of meatballs.
