Sweet + Sour Meatballs*
5 pounds precooked meatballs (no sauce)
3, 16 ounce cans jellied cranberry sauce
3, 12 ounce jars chili sauce
6 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
6 Tablespoons lemon juice
Mix the cranberry and chili sauces, brown
sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
Place the meatballs in a roasting pan and
mix completely with the sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 - 45 minutes
or until thoroughly heated.
