    Amaretto + Almond Muffins

    List of Ingredients

    2/3 cup sour milk
    3 Tbsp melted butter or margarine
    1 egg
    1/2 cup amaretto liqueur
    1 cup sliced almonds
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 cups flour

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 400oF and grease muffin pans. Put the first 5 ingred.
    into a bowl & mix well, then add the remaining ingred. & blend until
    just mixed. Put into pans & bake for 15-20 mins. Makes 12.
