Applesauce Muffins

Recipe Introduction

I have found so many muffin recipes I am giving them thier own group.

List of Ingredients

2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large beaten egg
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 1/2 c. applesauce
3/4 c. raisins


Recipe

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease or paper line muffin pan.
Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg,and salt. Set aside.
Beat together egg, oil and applesauce.
Blend all ingredients together.
Stir in raisins.
Spoon into muffin tins and bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
