Wet Mix -
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
Dry Mix -
1 1/2 cups flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisins
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375oF, prepare pans. Beat egg, stir in sour cream & milk.
Combine dry ingredients except raisins & add to wet mix. Fold in raisins,
spoon into pans & bake for 15-20 mins. Makes 8-9 large muffins.
