Creamy Tortellini w/Peas
1 pkg. fresh or frozen tortellini
2 c. frozen peas
2 tbsp. Butter
1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
1 egg, beaten
1 c. Parmesan
Drop tortellini and peas in boiling water.
Cook 5 to 10 minutes. Drain.
Melt butter.
Add nutmeg and cream.
Add tortellini and peas.
Cook until liquid boil over.
Stir in egg and add cheese.
Serve at once.
