1 package Italiano noodles
1 pound breakfast saugage
1 can Campbells Cheddar cheese soup
1 can Campbells Fiesta cheese(nacho cheese)soup
1 small container sour cream
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon butter
parsley flakes
1, 8 ounce package Monterey Jack cheese
Boil noodles until al dente. while noodles are cooking put sausage, Italian
seasoning, garlic salt in frying pan,cook until done.Drain grease from pan.
In a 13x9x2 inch baking dish, add cheeses, butter, sour cream, and mix well. Drain noodles and add to cheese mixture and then add sausage. Mix very
well.Sprinkle with grated Jack cheese and sprinkle with parsley flakes..
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes, then put under broiler till lightly brown..( be
sure and dont leave it un attended) About 2 to 3 minutes is good.
Serve with a salad and garlic bread...
