Pasta Carbonara #8, (pasta w/ham+eggs)
4 eggs
1/2 cup chopped ham
1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
1/2 cup cream or milk
1 pound pasta of choice
4 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 cup butter
grated Cheese for serving
Mix eggs, ham, parsley and cream. Beat until fluffy and set aside.
Boil 2 quarts of water, add pasta and bouillon. Cook until pasta is
al dente. Drain off most of the water leaving a very small amount
so that pasta will not be dry. Toss pasta with butter, then with the
egg mixture, over a very low heat. Serve with grated cheese.
