Pepperoni Alfredo
1, 8 ounce package fettuccini, cooked al dente
...to package directions, drain and keep warm
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup light cream, or 1/2+1/2
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground wite or black pepper
1/2 to 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 to 8 ounes sliced pepperoni
Melt butter in large skillet. Stir in cream, nutmeg and
pepper. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until mixture thickens
slightly. Stir in cheese and cook over low heat until
just melted, stirring constantly. Immediately stir in
pepperoni and fettuccini. Toss to coat with sauce.
