    List of Ingredients




    3 c. flour
    3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 c. beef broth
    1 crumbled beef bullion cube,
    ...or 1 tbsp. granule type bouillon
    4 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 egg
    1 tbsp. milk

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 325. Need ungreased baking sheet(s).
    Mix the flour, cornmeal, beef broth, beef bullion cube and butter together.
    Roll out thin. Cut with a cookie cutter, or just into squares or rectangles.
    Place on the baking sheet.
    Mix the egg and milk together and brush over the "cookies".
    Bake for 35 minutes.
