Crunchy Apple Dog Cakes

List of Ingredients




2 3/4 c. water
1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/4 tsp. vanilla
4 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. fresh minced or crushed dried apple chips
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 light beaten egg
4 tbsp. honey

Recipe



Preheat oven to 350. Coat a muffin pans with non stick cooking spray.
Mix all the wet ingredients together thoroughly. Set aside.
Combine all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, scraping the sides of the bowl well to make sure no dry mixture is left.
Pour batter into the muffin tins.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a tester comes out dry.
Store in a sealed container.
