    List of Ingredients




    1 32oz. conatiner vanilla yogurt
    1 mashed banana or 1 large jar of baby fruit
    2 tbsp. smooth peanut butter
    2 tbsp. honey

    Recipe



    Blend the ingredients all together.
    Freeze in 3 ounce paper cups or ice cube trays.
    Microwave just a few seconds before serving.
