    Doggie Rice Krispy Biscuits

    List of Ingredients




    2 c. cooked regular grain brown or white rice (not instant)
    1 whole egg
    1/2 c. powdered milk
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1/2 c. water
    2 tbsp. brewer's yeast, (2 packets)
    1 tsp. bone meal
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 c. + 1 c. bread flour, divided

    Recipe



    Use a large mixing bowl to combine rice, egg, milk, oil,
    water, yeast and bone meal, blending thoroughly.
    Stir in cornmeal and 1 c. of the flour.
    Turn out on floured surface.
    Knead in remaining 1 c. flour to make a smooth ball that is not sticky.
    Roll out 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch thick.
    Cut into desired shapes and place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
    Turn biscuits over and bake 5 more minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350 and continue baking for 1 hour, 15 minutes.
