If your little dog barks or yips while inside, or outside, and doesn't stop when you command, try this:
Use an empty metal can, like a soda can or peanut can (one with a lid on it).
Place a handful of change in it.
When the dog barks, SHAKE THE CAN!
Be sure to command stop so this reinforces what you want it to do.
Your dog won't like the sound so it will stop. Recipe
I wonder if using metal coffee can with some nails in it would work with the larger breeds?
