    34 Oreo cookies
    1/4 c. I can't believe its not butter light
    1 quart strawberry ice cream, slightly thawed
    1 pint fresh strawberries, cleaned, dry and chilled
    frozen whipped topping, thawed
    ...or whipped cream from a can

    Recipe



    Crush 20 Oreo's with rolling pin. Reserve 2 tbsp. for topping.
    In medium saucepan over low heat melt butter light.
    Remove from heat and stir in crushed Oreo's.
    Press evenly onto bottom only of pie plate.
    Stand 14 remaining WHOLE cookies around the sides of the plate.
    Place in freezer for at least 15 minutes.
    Spread ice cream into pie crust.
    Freeze for 2 - 3 hours.
    To serve:
    stand the strawberries upright in the middle of the pie, leaving
    room between the strawberries and the whole cookies that are
    in the outside part of the crust.
    Place little dollops of whipped topping around edge.
