    4 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. raisins, optional
    1 lb. container cottage cheese,
    ...(if dry add 1/2 c. milk)
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
    unbaked pie crust

    Recipe



    Preheat the oven to 350.
    Mix together well, in the order listed.
    Pour in the unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake for 1 hour.
