Cottage Cheese Pie #2

List of Ingredients
for the pie crust:
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 - 1/2 c. shortening
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
3 - 4 tbsp. ice cold water
for the filling:
1 5oz. (small size) can evaporated milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. cottage cheese, (1 pint)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins, or more

Preheat the oven to 350.
for the pie crust:
Combine the flour and salt.
Cut the shortening and butter into the flour mixture.
Add the water and combine with a fork until forms a ball.
Roll out on a well floured surface.
Place in 9" pie pan.
for the filling:
Mix the evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cottage cheese and vanilla together well and pour into the pie shell.
Sprinkle with a handful of raisins and then some cinnamon.
Bake for about 60 minutes.
