    Cranberry Cream Cheese Pie

    Cranberry Cream Cheese Pie

    1 1/4 cups frosted corn flakes, crushed
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
    1, 16 ounce can whole berry cranberry sauce

    Combine cornflakes and butter in a medium bowl.
    Press mixture firmly and evenly into a lightly
    greased 9 inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees F. for 8 minutes. Let cool completely.
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy; fold in whipped topping.
    Mash cranberry sauce with a fork and fold into cream
    cheese mixture.
    Spoon filling into cooled crust; freeze until firm.
    Remove from freezer 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
    Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.
