    Mixed Berry Pie

    List of Ingredients

    3/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 3oz. pkg. any red flavor of gelatin
    1 c. sliced strawberries
    1 c. raspberries
    1 c. blueberries
    1 graham cracker pie crust, (6oz. size)
    2 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed

    Recipe

    Mix the sugar and cornstarch in a large saucepan.
    Stir in the water, gradually, until well blended.
    Cook on a medium heat until it comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil for 1 minute and remove from heat.
    Add the gelatin and stir until it is completely dissolved.
    Let cool slightly.
    Mix the berries together in a bowl, then add to the gelatin mixture and turn lightly to cover.
    Pour the gelatin/berry mixture into the crust and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
    Serve with the whipped topping.
