    2 tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten (can use an egg substitute)
    2 large fresh peaches, mashed
    4 - 5 large fresh peaches, sliced
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tbsp. butter1
    1 9" unbaked pie crust

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 450.
    Add flour and sugar to well beaten eggs. Set aside.
    Mix peaches together and fill crust.
    Cover peaches with egg mixture.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter.
    Bake for 15 minutes, then lower oven to 350 and bake about 30 - 40 minutes, until custard is set and slightly brown.
