    Pecan Pie #3, w/crackers

    21 ritz type crackers, broken not crushed
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup pecans
    3 egg whites

    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar, pecans and crackers.
    Put in buttered pie plate.
    Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
