3/4 stick butter
3 eggs
3 tablespoon flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup coconut flakes
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
Melt butter and mix with remaining ingredients. Pour filling into unbaked pie shell and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until set and brown.
