    Puff Pastry #1

    1/2 cup softened butter
    1 cup flour
    2 tablespoons water

    Cut butter into flour.
    Sprinkle water over mixture and mix.
    Round into ball and divide as needed.
    Baked usually at 400 on ungreased baking sheet.
