Pumpkin Pie

List of Ingredients
3/4 cup granulated white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 large eggs
1, 15 ounce can solid pack canned pumpkin
1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
1, 9 inch deep dish unbaked pie crust Recipe
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Combine the sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves
together in a small bowl.
Beat the eggs lightly in a large bowl.
Stir in the pumpkin and sugar mixture.
Gradually stir in the yogurt.
Pour into the pie crust.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Then reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F.
Bake for 40 - 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the
center comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack for at least 2 hours.
Makes 8 servings.
