Pumpkin Pie, Easy

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cup packed (canned) pumpkin
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
2 tablespoons molasses
3 slightly beaten eggs
1, 12 ounce can evaporated milk
1 unbaked pie crust
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, salt, spices and molasses. Add eggs and milk and mix thoroughly. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 and continue baking for 45 minutes, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Let cool. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
