Sour Cream Apple Pie

2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup white granulated sugar
2 tablespoons + 4 tablespoons flour, separated
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups peeled and chopped tart baking apples
1, 9 inch unbaked pie crust
3 tablespoons melted I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light
1/4 cup packed brown sugarRecipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Beat the eggs in a large bowl.
Add the sour cream, the white sugar, the 2 tablespoons of flour,
vanilla, and salt. Mix together well.
Stir in the apples and pour into the pie crust.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Combine the butter light, the brown sugar, and the 4 tablespoons
of flour until crumbly.
Sprinkle over the pie and continue to bake for 20 - 25 minutes or
until the filling is set.
Makes 8 servings.
