Sour Cream Raisin Pie #2
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup raisins
1 pie shell, unbaked, 9-inch
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, spices, salt, and eggs.
Mix well. Blend in sour cream and vinegar; add raisins,
stirring to blend. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees
F. for 1 hour, or until set. Let pie cool at room temperature.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream topping, if desired.
