    Strawberry Cracker Pie

    List of Ingredients




    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    23 ritz type round snack crackers, crushed
    1 c. chopped pecans
    whipped cream
    fresh strawberries, sweetened

    Recipe



    Beat the egg whites until stiff.
    Add the sugar gradually.
    Add the vanilla.
    Combine crackers with pecans.
    Fold into egg white mixture.
    Pour into a well buttered pie plate.
    Shape into form of pie crust.
    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done.
    Let cool.
    Fill with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
