Whipped Strawberry Cream Pie

List of Ingredients
1 8 or 9" graham cracker pie crust
1/2 pt. + 1 c. fresh sliced strawberries, divided
1 6oz. pkg. sugar free vanilla instant pudding
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. lemon peel
2 c. frozen light whipped topping, thawed
Recipe
Combine pudding, sour cream, milk and lemon peel in a medium bowl.
Mash 4 slices of the 1/2 pint of strawberries and mix into pudding mixture.
Fold the whipped topping into the pudding mixture.
Pour 1/2 of the pudding mixture into the crust.
Sprinkle the rest of the 1/2 pint fresh strawberries over that.
Cover with the rest of the pudding mixture.
Lay the 1 c. of strawberry slices around the top.
Refrigerate until firm and serve.
